How would you describe your style?

We are an EXTREMELY diverse group of dedicated professionals. Each of our DJs has their own style. We pride ourselves in being sure that the DJ assigned to your event is a perfect fit for you and the style and feel that you would like for your event to have.

Can you play the songs that are important to us?

That’s EXACTLY what we are there for! We love making our couples and clients happy so playing the music that you feel is important to you is the best way for us to do that!

What happens if you become ill or an emergency happens?

We have SERIOUS backup plans in place. There is always one of our amazing DJs on call. If your DJ is for any reason unable to attend your event (such an occasion has never happened) our on call DJ accesses the information you have provided in our online planning tools and heads to your event. Everything goes off without a hitch!

What is your cancellation policy? Are we able to reschedule?

These are crazy times and remaining flexible is an absolute must for us. Should you need to reschedule your event, no problem! Get us your new date and we will make it happen. You have up to five years from your original contract date to reschedule your event. You can do so as many times as needed. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Should you need to cancel your event, deposits are non-refundable.

Do you provide lighting or any other special effects?

Absolutely! We do everything from uplighting, signature lights, and monograms to elegant tent lighting, accent lighting, and pathway lighting. We also offer a host of special effects like a snow machine, or a bubble machine that injects smoke INTO the bubbles! Keep checking in with us! We are constantly updating our offerings.

How do you ensure a comfortable sound level for our guests?

Using truly professional-grade equipment and strategic speaker placement goes a long way in allowing us to provide a premier sound experience that is custom-tailored to not only you and your guests but to the venue. Every one of our DJs is a master at being sure that everyone present experiences a comfortable sound level as well as a rich full sound stage.

Do you have liability insurance?

We carry a $2 million liability insurance policy and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

How do you motivate a shy crowd to dance?

There are lots of things in our bag of tricks that we can use to give a nudge to a crowd that may be a bit more “difficult” to get on the dance floor! It may be that dimming the lights a bit may help. It could be that we need to get YOU on the dance floor so that they follow suit. Either way, the most important thing we can do is pay attention to your guests! We keep a sharp eye on you and your guests so we can keep changing the music in such a way that people are naturally encouraged to dance!

How do you handle song requests?

We love song requests, but ultimately the decision is up to you! If you would like for us to accept requests at your event, we will! We do check requests against your “Do Not Play” list and can even have a designated area in our online planning tools for your guests to request songs prior to the day of your event!

Do you act as the master of ceremonies?

We definitely do! We work very closely with you or your planner, the venue, and your other vendors to be sure that we are making the necessary announcements when they are suppose to be made. We keep every vendor informed of every announcement prior to making it so that nobody is caught by surprise. This allows everyone to work together in a seamless way that proves an amazing experience for you and your guests.

Do you have a backup plan in place in the event of equipment failure?

All of our DJs have at least 3 (some as many as 5) different ways to play your music. Should there be a technical failure of their primary computer, they can simply start using one of their other devices to keep the party moving. Extra microphones and cables are standard fare with all of our DJs as well. We want to keep the party moving just as much as you do!

How many events have you been apart of?

A LOT!!! Like, for real…. Seriously, we have DJs whose number is 250, we have a DJ that has been part of more than 1000 weddings and just as many other events. The important thing to know is that we meet often and exchange information between each other. The experience of all of our DJs gets spread throughout the rest of the company so that we all learn from each other.
